LESSON 1. Setting Up Gmail with Google Authenticator (2FA)
If you do not have 2FA, you need to register a gmail.com account.
Download Google Authenticator from your Android or iOS app store—search for "Google Authenticator."
During setup, enter your @gmail email address.
2FA will prompt you to add a code—a one-time access code. To proceed, follow the next step:
Next, open your GOOGLE/Gmail account menu and go to EDIT GOOGLE ACCOUNT.
Next on the page, navigate to the ACCOUNT SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS section. There, configure the settings to ensure all checkboxes are marked green.
6) In the left menu, go to **SECURITY** – confirm your phone number and backup email.
7) In the same section, go to **AUTHENTICATOR** – you will see a QR code there.
8) Again, take your mobile phone – tap the **SCAN QR** button and scan the QR code on your computer screen, then enter the code from the app. **THE APP IS NOW SET UP.**
* **VERIFICATION** – In the **AUTHENTICATOR** app on your mobile phone, tap your account in the top-right corner and confirm the login method – **gmail.com** (if required).
ACCOUNT TRANSFER – You need to verify on your second phone or tablet your ability to transfer 2FA to your secondary device.
Go to the top-left menu.
The Account Transfer window will open.
Click IMPORT ACCOUNTS.
Follow the instructions.

Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
Save backup codes (in a physical notebook!)
Final Security Checklist

✔️ Google 2FA = Enabled
✔️ Backup codes = Written offline
✔️ Tested recovery (can you access if phone is lost?)
🚨 REMEMBER:
This is 100% your responsibility – exchanges cannot reset passwords without 2FA.
Test recovery – ensure you can log in using your backups.
LESSON 3. Creating a Sub-Account on Bybit
Here’s how to do it on Bybit:
Hover over your account icon → A menu will appear.
Select "Sub-Account" → Click the yellow "Create Sub-Account" button (top-right).
Choose "Standard Sub-Account".
Enter a name (e.g., "LuckyAccount").
Under "Account Type", select "Unified Trading Account".
If required, a verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it to proceed.
Your new sub-account will appear in the "Sub-Account" section. Click "Switch".
✅ Done! You’re now in your sub-account, where you can connect a trading bot

❌ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LOSE THIS DATA?
No recovery – Bybit cannot restore access if you lose 2FA + credentials.
Funds become permanently inaccessible if you forget passwords/UIDs.
LESSON 4. Topping up the main account with USDT currency:
**NEXT**, transfer the desired amount for investment in **Profit Maker** to your **main account**:
1) First, ensure the funds are in your **main account** on the **BYBIT exchange**.
To do this, log in to your main account → **Asset Overview** → **Funding** → **Deposit**.
*Note: Networks vary. Always double-check the network before sending funds (see *network reference*).
Example 1: **TETHER = ERC20 (Ethereum)**
Example 2: **TRON = TRC20**
To avoid unnecessary currency conversion, deposit tokens using the same network they are stored in your crypto wallet.
After transferring the funds, go to **Account → Overview** and confirm the deposit.

How to Transfer 1000 USDT to Your Sub-Account's Unified Trading Account
Step 1:
Log in to your Bybit main account
Navigate to "Asset Overview" in the top menu
Step 2: Initiate Internal Transfer
Click the "Transfer" button (top-right corner)
In the transfer pop-up window:
Select transfer type: "Between Sub-Accounts" (top option)
Configure transfer details:
From: "Main Account (Funding)"
To: "[Your Bot's Name] Unified Trading Account"
Coin: USDT
Amount: Enter 3000 (*minimum amount option)

• No transfer fees for internal moves between accounts

LESSON 7. Creating Your API Keys on Bybit Exchange
1) Create API keys specifically in the sub-account to which you plan to connect the robot.
GO TO THE SUB-ACCOUNT → then navigate to the ACCOUNT MENU (top right) → scroll down in the menu to API.
2) On the right, click the button: CREATE NEW KEY.
3) In the pop-up window, select: SYSTEM GENERATED API.
4) Do not skip the "Key Name" field.
- Create any meaningful name of your choice.
- Example: **MyLuckyInvestment**
